TCG Card Shop Simulator’s Biggest 1.0 Feature: How to Dominate Tetramon Duel Master
TCG Card Shop Simulator’s 1.0 update introduces Tetramon Duel Master, allowing players to battle using cards collected in-game. The feature launches September 15, 2026, on Xbox platforms and PC.
TCG Card Shop Simulator, an indie hit on Xbox Game Pass with over 3.5 million players, will introduce Tetramon Duel Master in its 1.0 update. The feature transforms collected cards into a playable trading card game, fulfilling a long-standing player request. The update expands gameplay beyond store management, adding strategic depth for TCG fans. The game remains available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Game Preview, and PC.
Tetramon Duel Master follows standard TCG rules: players use 50-card decks with a maximum of four copies per card. Matches begin with a five-card hand, and a single mulligan is permitted if the opening draw is weak. The game’s Guardian Area mechanic introduces a comeback system, where players draw a face-down card when their Tamer Points drop below 400, 300, 200, or 100. Victory is achieved by reducing the opponent’s 500 Tamer Points to zero.
Gameplay revolves around four Elemental Areas—Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind—where Tetramon cards are deployed. Each card’s effectiveness depends on its placement, with Evolution Cards allowing multiple upgrades per turn if conditions are met. The Attack Phase calculates damage by combining a card’s Elemental Power with its Elemental Area’s bonus, emphasizing tactical positioning. Basic Tetramon cards require a turn to stabilize before evolving, but subsequent evolutions can occur immediately.
The 1.0 update also includes a new wave of Tetramon cards to collect and use in battles. Tetramon Duel Master launches on September 15, 2026, alongside the update, targeting the same platforms as the base game. Players can wishlist the feature now, with the full update expanding TCG Card Shop Simulator’s scope beyond store simulation.
