Apple and Major League Baseball (MLB) have revealed the September schedule for the weekly "Friday Night Baseball" doubleheaders, which will stream live on Apple TV starting in the 2026 regular season. The broadcasts will be available to subscribers in 60 countries and regions, offering two marquee matchups each Friday without local broadcast restrictions. Games will feature enhanced production quality, expert commentary, and no regional blackouts, providing a consistent viewing experience across supported devices. The partnership continues the weekly doubleheader format introduced earlier in the season.

For the first time, fans with an Apple Vision Pro can watch "Friday Night Baseball" in Apple Immersive, using 3D 8K video with a 180-degree field of view. The experience includes bespoke commentary from Paul Severino, Xavier Scruggs, and Michelle Margaux, along with immersive graphics and Spatial Audio. On August 28, Vision Pro users can stream the Red Sox vs. Yankees game from unique camera angles, placing viewers in the stadium. Replays and highlight packages will also be available on demand in the Apple TV app for Vision Pro.

The September schedule includes key matchups such as the Cleveland Guardians hosting the Detroit Tigers on September 4, as the Guardians aim to bolster their playoff chances. On September 11, the Milwaukee Brewers face the Cincinnati Reds, while the San Diego Padres take on the San Francisco Giants in a race for a National League wild card spot. The September 18 game features the Philadelphia Phillies, led by Luis Arráez and Bryce Harper, against the New York Mets, with Arráez pursuing his fourth career batting title.

The season concludes on September 25 with a matchup between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants, where Shohei Ohtani and the Dodgers aim to secure their fifth consecutive division title. Games will be called by broadcast teams including Wayne Randazzo, Dontrelle Willis, and Heidi Watney, with pregame shows hosted by Siera Santos, Eric Hosmer, and Russell Dorsey.
