BMW will showcase the North American premieres of the M Concept Neue Klasse and Vision BMW ALPINA at Monterey Car Week 2026, alongside a 40-year celebration of the BMW M3 and a new chapter of its collaboration with Kith.
BMW announced its program for Monterey Car Week 2026, featuring the North American debuts of the all-electric BMW M Concept Neue Klasse and the Vision BMW ALPINA. The event will also mark the 40th anniversary of the BMW M3 with a display of models from the E30 to the upcoming 2027 M3 CS Handschalter at Legends of the Autobahn. Admission to the exhibition is free and open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on August 13.
The BMW M Concept Neue Klasse will make its North American premiere at the House of M on August 13, offering a preview of BMW M’s future design language and high-performance technology. The concept features an advanced four-electric-motor drive system controlled by a dedicated M-specific programming unit. It will later be presented at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion and the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
The Vision BMW ALPINA will debut at The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering on August 14, combining traditional ALPINA craftsmanship with modern design elements such as a coupé roofline and shark nose. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a press conference at the BMW ALPINA stand scheduled for 11:25 a.m. The display will highlight a meticulously crafted interior with full-grain leather, fine metal surfaces, and crystal controls.
BMW will continue celebrating the 40th anniversary of the BMW M3 at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, where four generations of M3 racing cars will be displayed and driven on track. On August 15, an invitation-only panel discussion with Kith founder Ronnie Fieg will unveil bespoke automobiles and preview the 2026 ‘Kith for BMW’ collection. Both concept vehicles will conclude the week at the 75th Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 16.
