To prepare the next generation for an AI-driven future, Intel is rolling out its AI-Ready Schools Initiative nationwide, providing 500 AI PCs to 250 K–12 schools along with AI-optimized software and professional development. The program includes over 750 hours of open teaching content and aims to expand educator training tenfold to foster responsible innovation among students. Intel is also supporting the First Lady’s ‘Fostering the Future’ initiative by funding AI bootcamps for foster care youth and granting $250,000 to community colleges near Intel sites to equip youth with foundational AI skills.
Intel’s commitment extends to high-visibility platforms, including serving as the Official Compute Partner for McLaren’s Formula 1 and Arrow McLaren IndyCar teams, with appearances at events like the Freedom 250 IndyCar race. The company’s investments in domestic manufacturing and workforce programs are designed to create high-tech jobs and expand advanced production capacity, including in Ireland.
