Control Resonant launches on September 24, introducing performance and visual modes tailored for PlayStation 5 hardware. Players can choose between Performance mode at 60fps in 1440p or Quality mode at 30fps in 2160p, with the PlayStation 5 Pro adding a Balanced mode at 40fps in 2160p that includes ray tracing.

The game’s narrative spans 25 to 35 hours for the main story, with additional content for completionists, and features a twisted version of Manhattan as its setting. Progress tracking is available through Activities, while Game Help will be accessible post-launch to assist players during their experience.

Control Resonant is designed from the ground up for 60fps performance, prioritizing responsiveness and tactile feedback through the DualSense controller’s adaptive triggers. Combat abilities such as Barrage and Volatile Anomaly provide varying levels of resistance when activated, enhancing immersion during gameplay.

The game’s Zones in Manhattan are visually distinct, enabling near-instantaneous fast travel and access to the Gap, a liminal space within the protagonist’s mind. Within the Gap, players can unlock upgrades, test builds, craft Artifacts, and interact with Dylan’s shapeshifting weapon, the Aberrant, while 3D Audio support further deepens the experience.
