Salesforce Unveils AIforce, Bringing the Full Power of Its Platform to Any Interface
Salesforce introduces AIforce, a live interface layer integrating its platform’s data and logic into any AI tool, enabling agents and users to act on Salesforce information without opening the app.
Salesforce unveiled AIforce at Dreamforce, describing it as a live interface layer that delivers the full capabilities of its platform—data, workflows, logic, security, and governance—to any AI interface. The company positions AIforce as a way to unlock value from existing Salesforce data by making it accessible where people and agents already work, such as Claude, Slack, or Lightning. Previously, users were limited to accessing Salesforce through its traditional UI, restricting who could use it and how much information they could process at once.
With AIforce, Salesforce aims to remove these barriers by bringing its trusted context and governance into external AI tools. Employees who rarely use dashboards can now query records, update information, and trigger workflows directly within platforms like Slack or Claude, all grounded in real Salesforce data. Agents can analyze hundreds of records simultaneously, integrate connected systems, and take action at speeds unattainable by humans, while maintaining Salesforce’s security and compliance standards.
AIforce also introduces a new capability for users to build custom interfaces on the fly by simply describing their needs within platforms like Slack or Claude. This allows individuals to create personalized, live interfaces that surface only the insights they require, eliminating the need to navigate fixed layouts. The system is designed to be composable, enabling users to assemble interfaces dynamically based on their workflows and preferences.
The announcement includes initial integrations such as Claudeforce, Slackforce, and Agentforce Coworker, with more expected. Salesforce emphasizes that AIforce is powered by the Headless Toolkit, an open architecture exposing the platform’s elements, and supported by the AgentExchange ecosystem of partners building AI experiences on top of Salesforce. Pricing and availability are subject to customer agreements and regional governance.
