VCARB Partners with Salesforce to Supercharge Fan Engagement with AI, Deploying Agentforce 360
Salesforce and VCARB announced a partnership to integrate AI and data analytics into fan engagement and race operations using Agentforce 360 and Slack, enhancing real-time interactions and personalized experiences for fans and VIPs.
The useful question is what changes for users, developers or buyers, and whether the announcement stays industry context or becomes something people can actually use.
Salesforce and VCARB, a Formula 1 team owned by Red Bull, unveiled a partnership on June 22, 2026, to deploy Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 platform. The collaboration aims to unify fan engagement, team operations, and hospitality through AI-driven insights, connecting global teams via Slack for streamlined workflows during race weekends and beyond.
VCARB will introduce the Salesforce Intelligence Centre, a first-of-its-kind display in the garage featuring Tableau dashboards. Powered by TORO, an AI agent from Agentforce 360, the system will visualize real-time track data and historical performance metrics, offering fans and VIPs deeper insights into race strategy and team performance.
The partnership includes plans for a dedicated Slack fan community to foster exclusive content sharing and real-time collaboration. For VIPs, VCARB intends to reimagine the Paddock Club experience by using Agentforce 360 to simplify logistics and hospitality, allowing staff to focus on high-touch interactions.
Peter Bayer, CEO of VCARB, emphasized the goal of leveraging data to create meaningful fan connections, while Patrick Stokes, CMO at Salesforce, highlighted the role of Agentforce 360 in transforming global fan engagement. The initiative reflects VCARB’s broader vision of becoming a digitally native, AI-powered team in motorsports.
