Samsung To Showcase Wide-Ranging Gaming Solutions With Immersive Exhibition at Gamescom 2026
Samsung will unveil its 2027 Odyssey monitor lineup, including the world’s first 6K gaming monitor, and new portable SSDs at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne from August 26–30.
Samsung Electronics announced it will showcase its full gaming ecosystem at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, spanning monitors, mobile devices, SSDs, and headsets across a 1,090-square-meter exhibition space. The event, running from August 26 to 30, will feature hands-on gaming experiences with popular titles to demonstrate how Samsung’s devices work together for more immersive play. Stephanie Choi, Samsung’s Executive Vice President, emphasized the company’s focus on delivering personalized, high-quality gaming experiences through its integrated ecosystem.
The Odyssey Zone will introduce Samsung’s 2027 Odyssey monitor lineup, including the Odyssey G8, the world’s first 6K gaming monitor, and the glass-free Odyssey 3D. Visitors can test these monitors with games like *Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4*, *Crimson Desert*, and *Cyberpunk 2077*, which supports HDR10+ GAMING. The zone will also highlight the 9100 Pro SSD and JBL Quantum 950 headset, showcasing how these products enhance performance and immersion in competitive gaming environments.
At the Galaxy Zone, Samsung will display its mobile gaming solutions, including the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Ultra, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform. The zone will feature the Galaxy Buds4 Pro with a low-latency gaming mode and new ultra-fast portable SSDs. Samsung’s Neural Frame Fusion, an AI-powered technology, will be demonstrated to improve graphics processing efficiency on Galaxy devices, allowing smoother gameplay in titles like *Genshin Impact* and *Asphalt Legends*.
The Gaming Hub Zone will feature Samsung Gaming Hub, enabling cloud gaming access on compatible TVs and monitors without additional consoles or downloads. The T1 Zone, in partnership with esports team T1, will let visitors use equipment associated with player “Faker” Sang-hyeok Lee. The booth will also host the #PlayGalaxy Cup finals in *PUBG Mobile*, influencer matches, and a Spatial Signage event using glasses-free 3D displays to simulate interactions with T1 players.
