Call for proposals: the Albania Reintegration Partnership (ARP)
The UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office has launched a call for proposals to fund the Albania Reintegration Partnership, aiming to support returning Albanian nationals.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has issued an invitation for eligible organisations to submit proposals under the Albania Reintegration Partnership (ARP). The programme is designed to assist Albanian nationals returning from the United Kingdom by enhancing reintegration pathways, expanding access to opportunities and support, and strengthening the capacity of Albanian institutions to meet returnees’ needs.
The initiative will operate through a competitive Call for Proposals process, with awards determined by proposal quality, value for money, and strategic alignment. Applicants are required to submit detailed budgets using the FCDO grant budget template, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to deliver programme outcomes.
Organisations are encouraged to propose innovative approaches, and consortia are permitted with a designated lead organisation. The FCDO strongly encourages collaboration with local Albanian organisations and institutions to enhance programme effectiveness and local ownership.
Proposals will be evaluated on a 0 to 5 scoring scale by an assessment panel, with budgets assessed for value for money. Applicants must submit proposals via email with specified subject lines and should not seek additional information from FCDO staff outside the designated channels.
