Participants engaged in specialized training focused on mobility and service skills, combining classroom instruction with practical exercises using real components and equipment.

The program included visits to key Hyundai Motor Group facilities across its integrated value chain, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle production and service processes. Tours covered stages from steel manufacturing to final assembly, illustrating how each step contributes to vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
