Samsung Electronics Vietnam inaugurated the Business Experience Studio (BES) in Hanoi, providing corporate clients with a hands-on space to evaluate Samsung’s integrated technologies in practical business settings. The studio includes demonstration areas for public administration and manufacturing, featuring solutions such as The Wall All-in-One, 105-inch 5K Smart Signage, and AI Camera video conferencing systems. These tools are designed to support real-time monitoring and operational management in environments where immediate responses are essential.

The education-focused smart classroom at BES is equipped with Interactive Displays, 4K Business TVs, and Galaxy Tabs to illustrate how technology can enhance teaching and learning. Hospitality and real estate zones integrate AI TVs, Bespoke AI home appliances, and Galaxy devices to demonstrate connected living solutions. A simulated healthcare facility showcases display technologies, Galaxy Tabs, and Galaxy Watches to highlight their role in improving patient care and staff workflows.

For the finance and banking sector, BES demonstrates digital touchpoints using Smart Signage, monitors, Business TVs, and the Color E-Paper (EMDX model) display, which is designed for energy efficiency and optimized financial transactions. Restaurant and food service scenarios feature digital menu boards and kiosks aimed at modernizing ordering processes and streamlining business operations.

The studio also includes specialized zones for Galaxy devices tailored to different business environments, as well as Samsung’s residential and commercial air conditioning portfolio. The reception area incorporates large-format displays and Spatial Signage with 3D visuals to welcome visitors. Samsung states the initiative supports innovation and operational efficiency across Vietnam’s evolving business landscape.
