Samsung Electronics will livestream KCON LA 2026 performances via Samsung TV Plus from August 14–16 across 17 countries, offering free access to festival stages including TOYOTA MUSIC DEN and M COUNTDOWN.
Samsung Electronics announced that its free streaming service, Samsung TV Plus, will broadcast KCON LA 2026 live from August 14 to 16 across 17 countries, including France, India, Thailand, the U.K., and the U.S. The three-day event will feature performances from the TOYOTA MUSIC DEN STAGE and M COUNTDOWN STAGE, streamed through the CJ ENM K-POP channel. KCON LA 2026, held at Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center, is recognized as the world’s largest K-pop and K-culture festival since its launch in 2012.
The livestream will allow global audiences to experience exclusive performances by major Korean entertainment figures without attending in person. Viewers in participating markets can access the broadcasts at no additional cost through Samsung TV Plus, which offers a dedicated CJ ENM K-POP channel featuring curated performances and artist-led content. Local channel availability and schedules may vary by region, and the service operates on an ad-supported model.
Samsung is integrating its connected ecosystem to enhance the viewing experience, enabling users to set SmartThings reminders on smartphones or Samsung TVs for daily coverage. Compatible devices allow pre-adjustment of lighting and sound settings to replicate a concert atmosphere at home. The company stated that this initiative aims to meet growing global demand for Korean entertainment content.
Samsung TV Plus, available on Samsung Smart TVs, Smart Monitors, Family Hub, and Galaxy devices, provides over 4,000 hours of Korean programming, including dramas, music, and live events. In partnership with CJ ENM, the service offers multiple dedicated channels, such as CJ ENM K-Stories and CJ ENM K-Food & Travel, catering to diverse interests. The platform has over 100 million monthly active users and nearly 5,000 ad-supported linear channels across 30 countries.
