Apple Arcade will introduce five new games on October 1, adding variety to its existing catalog. Among them, Pusheen’s Place invites players to build a cozy paradise while collecting over 100 cats, including themed characters like Pusheenicorn and Pancake Pusheen. The game features mini-games such as Snack Stack and Parfait Pop, offering relaxed gameplay within a whimsical setting. This marks the first officially licensed game starring Pusheen the Cat, the popular internet feline icon.
River City Survivors brings a survivors-style action game to Arcade, tasking players with battling waves of zombies using randomized upgrades and special moves. The game includes over 20 playable characters from the long-running River City series, such as Kunio and Riki, and supports co-op play with up to two companions. Its explosive combat and progression mechanics aim to deliver high-energy, replayable gameplay for fans of the genre.
Three additional titles will join Arcade on October 1, including Terraria+, an action-adventure sandbox game featuring the Bigger & Boulder update 1.4.5. This update introduces a Dead Cells crossover and Palworld’s iconic Pals, alongside multiplayer support for up to seven friends via Game Center or local Wi-Fi. The game emphasizes exploration, survival, and creativity across more than 20 biomes in a procedurally generated world.
Touchgrind BMX 2+ and 4 Pics 1 Word+ will also debut on Arcade, offering physics-driven BMX stunts and a puzzle challenge with a global player base. Touchgrind BMX 2+ uses two-finger controls to simulate realistic tricks, while 4 Pics 1 Word+ adapts the hit puzzle game for Arcade, featuring no ads or in-app purchases. Both titles join Terraria+ as free-to-play additions to the service’s expanding lineup.
