iPhone Duo arrives at Apple Store locations worldwide
Apple launched the iPhone Duo at its global retail locations, offering hands-on demos and personalized shopping support alongside the standard iPhone lineup.
On October 23, Apple introduced the iPhone Duo at Apple Store locations worldwide, marking the first foldable iPhone available directly from the company. Customers were invited to experience the device through hands-on demonstrations and receive personalized shopping assistance from Apple team members. The iPhone Duo is now available for purchase at Apple Stores globally, as well as on apple.com and via the Apple Store app.
Apple Specialists provided guidance on trade-in options, monthly leasing through Apple Upgrade, and financing via Apple Card Monthly Installments. The company also highlighted carrier deals to help customers choose the best purchasing option for their needs. Personal Setup services were offered to assist with secure data transfers during the purchase process.
New Today at Apple sessions were introduced, including “Say Hello to iPhone Duo” and “Tips: What’s New in iOS 27 on iPhone,” designed to help customers explore the device’s features. These sessions aim to enhance customer understanding and engagement with the latest iPhone Duo and software updates. Additional support resources were made available to address common questions and technical inquiries.
The launch follows Apple’s announcement of the iPhone Duo, which expands its product lineup to include a foldable design. Customers can now visit Apple Stores worldwide to see the device in person and receive tailored assistance from Apple’s retail team.
